Spring Camporee 2008
Soaring Eagle Spring Camporee was awesome!!! The camporee started off a little chilly but by mid morning the weather was excellent. There were even some sunburns. The Troop did a stellar job on their service project. They completed the project in an hour and a half and left nothing for the other troops to do!!! The competition portion went well, the patrols didn't place in the events but came darn close. Maybe next year. We finished the day with a HUGE chili feed and campfire program that was great. Closing the campfire was OA callout ceremony. A big congratulations to those who were called out for Order of the Arrow.
